The talented women over at Birth Becomes Her put together a beautiful film full of clips from births around the world. Get the tissues ready!
The beautiful little town that I live in is in bloom and my yard has transformed into a gorgeous spring landscape. Whilst doing my daily photo for my 365 Project, I decided to take some shots of our trees and bushes.
Now, just waiting for the tulips to bloom.
Spring and Autumn are my absolute favourite seasons!
One of my oldest and dearest friends, Carmen DeFoy, who lives with Multiple Sclerosis, founded a charity called Walk A Myelin Our Shoes. The cost of receiving alternative treatments is enormous, leaving many sufferers unable to, or scrambling to come up with the funds to pay for them.
Carmen started this foundation for those needing financial help in seeking treatments.
I've known Carmen since Elementary school and she's always had a big and generous heart. I was honoured when she asked if I would document her 2017 Fundraiser with all proceeds going to a woman we both went to High School with, Shaneel (you can read more about her story here).
What an incredibly fun and emotional night it was. I can't wait for next year! Thank you to Carmen, Jennie and everyone at WAMS for all of the hard work, dedication and generosity.
